Just a few of the gifts I received from my students on the last day before break. Next year I will have a tree decorated with special ornaments. I am very blessed to have the job that I do. ;)

First Semester Done!

Well, I've got my first semester as a teacher under my belt and I think I've got a lot to show for it. There have been days where I've cried, days where I've laughed... there were days where I didn't know what I was going to do next! I've decided to try this blog for several reasons: to keep track of myself and to share with others all the hard work I've put into my classroom. I'm a do-it-yourself-er and a thief, so you'll find both here!
